History of the HBCU Pigskin Showdown

The HBCU Pigskin Showdown was created by our co-founders because they want to serve and assist players from historically black colleges and universities in being evaluated by the pros. Our group feels that it has recognized the need of a platform for HBCU prospects.

It was especially important to our ownership group that we created an all-star game opportunity for players that does not include a participation fee. As our owners developed the concept for the HBCU Pigskin Showdown, it was with the thought that ALL of the best players from historically black colleges and universities be able to make a qualified decision to participate without an exorbitant financial concern.

The HBCU Pigskin Showdown looks forward to becoming the premier all-star platform for the best pro prospects from historically black colleges and universities for years to come!
